The request and processing of reservations on this website imply the full and unconditional acceptance of the legal notice, terms of use, privacy policy of the website, as well as the rate conditions and these general contracting conditions in their latest version. We recommend reading these conditions before making or confirming your reservation, and each time you access our page, as we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete any part of these general conditions at any time.

These general conditions are governed by the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as well as all applicable tourism regulations, and, subsidiarily, the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.

The formalization of reservations through the Website is subject to the following clauses:

The process of formalizing reservations through the Website is governed by the following clauses:

1. Customer Declarations:

a) Declare to be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, understanding all the conditions present on the Website.

b) Ensure that the data provided when formalizing the reservation is truthful and complete.

c) Confirm the requested reservation, paying special attention to the indicated dates and the number of people.

2. Website Access:

The responsibility for accessing this website lies with the Customer.

3. Reservation:

3.1. The hiring of transfers, excursions, and special services reserved through the Portal can be done online, on this same website, or by phone, using the numbers indicated on this website, both on the main page and in the reservation confirmation, respecting the provisions of this legal notice.

3.2. The reservation includes the services detailed according to the rate conditions established on the page from which the reservation is requested or formalized. These specific conditions, along with these general conditions, must be accepted by you before finalizing the reservation. The contract can be validly formalized in Spanish and in other languages available on the website. In case of discrepancies between the translated versions of these conditions, the Spanish version will prevail.

3.3. The Customer accepts that SERVITRANSFERMALLORCA assumes no obligation or responsibility regarding services not provided directly, especially regarding the truth, integrity, updating, and/or accuracy of data or information about offers, prices, features, and any other relevant information about products or services from external providers advertised or booked through the Website. Likewise, SERVITRANSFERMALLORCA is exempt from liability for the non-compliance or defective performance, by such providers, of the obligations arising from their contractual commitments or current regulations.

3.4. Online Reservations: The process of formalizing online reservations follows these steps:

Step 3. Personal data.

Step 4. Confirmation and payment.

Once the reservation is completed, a confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided by the Customer. The reservation is not considered firm until payment of the price or deposit is made, according to the rate conditions. During each step of the reservation, possible errors in data entry can be corrected using the "back" button of the browser. Additionally, the confirmation email will summarize the reservation data. To check the status and accuracy of the entered data, customers can use the "My Reservations" section of the Portal. In case of detecting errors, it is recommended to request corrections from SERVITRANSFERMALLORCA by sending an email to: Steliyan@servitransfermallorca.com

3.5. Requests for Reservations (on-request reservations): For services that are only available by request, the mere request for availability, unless otherwise stated in the rate conditions on the page from which the request is made, will not constitute the hiring of the reservation. This will be subject to compliance with the requirements specified on the page from which the request is made and its effective confirmation by SERVITRANSFERMALLORCA.

3.6. Last-Minute Reservations: Reservations can be made online up to 4 hours before the date and time of the contracted service. Exceptionally, and depending on our availability, we may accept reservations with less than 4 hours before the transfer, but for this, you must contact us by phone or through WhatsApp or SMS to confirm availability before making the reservation.

4. Price and Payment:

4.1. The conditions and price of the services are those expressly determined on the page where you make the reservation.

The Customer expressly authorizes SERVITRANSFERMALLORCA to make the charges provided for in the rate conditions, for example, to cover possible penalties for late cancellation or no-show, accepting that the payment details provided may be used to carry out the corresponding charges.

4.2. Promotions and offers will only be valid for the time they remain accessible to the service recipients.

4.3. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, the prices indicated on the Website are Retail Prices, including VAT. The transaction will be made in EUROS, regardless of the origin of the Customer.

4.4. For online contracting, you can use the following payment methods:

- Payment by bank card: The cards accepted by the Portal are those indicated on the payment processing page. The total payment for the service is made through a payment gateway that has the necessary security measures.
- Direct payment to the driver: Services will be paid at the end of each journey (if you have booked a round-trip service, you will pay for the first service upon arrival at your destination and the second service upon return).

5. Modification or Cancellation of Reservations:

- Users should notify any modification or cancellation of the service by sending an email to booking@servitransfermallorca.com.

- Unless specified otherwise in the fare conditions on the reservation page, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- Reservation Modification:

- No additional charges for notified service modifications.

- Any modification must be notified at least 8 hours before the service.

- Reservation Cancellation:*

- Charges for user cancellations determined based on the notification date and time.

- Cancellation 24 to 12 hours before incurs a 5% management fee.

- Cancellation within 12 hours incurs a 50% cancellation fee.

6.Delay / Waiting Time:

- No additional charges for flight or cruise delays beyond the user's control.

- Waiting time limits:

- Flight Arrival: Max 60 minutes from landing.

- Cruise Arrival: Max 60 minutes from docking.

- Pickup Operations: 15 minutes waiting time; a 15% extra charge beyond.

7. Luggage and Declarations:

- Users must specify baggage details and declare items like pets, bikes, wheelchairs, etc., during booking.

- Failure to specify may result in additional costs or service cancellation.

- Regarding child transport, minors are considered passengers, and their presence should be specified for free child safety seats.

8. Right of Withdrawal:

- The user is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply, per article 97.1.i) RDL 1/2007.

9. Nullity of Clauses:

- If any clause is declared null or ineffective, it affects only that part, with the general conditions remaining valid.

10. Acceptance:

- Submitting and confirming the reservation implies the express acceptance of these general conditions along with fare conditions and applicable laws.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

- The contract is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from website use or associated services is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, with the customer waiving their jurisdiction if applicable.
